Talojẹ́ does not offer refunds unfortunately. However, you will receive a store credit for use at a later time

To process a return or refund, please send us a message HERE and include your: Order number and "RETURN [Product Name]" in the message body.
- Talojẹ́ return request must be received within 14 days of order delivery for it to be accepted.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and the tags must still be intact.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, an exception will be made if there was an error with the order
- Only the cost of the item is refundable, shipping costs are not included.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges because we cannot promise that the item will still be in stock by the time we receive your return. However, if there is ever a rare occurrence of an item still being in stock, you will be notified of this option. The customer will pay for the return shipping at a discounted cost.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for store credit to be reflected in your account.
- If you have not received your store credit after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@taloje.com with your order number, return request ID and return tracking number.
- Please note that order/ return processing times are slightly longer during sale events and holidays
- Only one return is allowed per order
- Talojẹ́ prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
