Delivery & Shipping Policy
Once you place your order and your payment has been authorized and verified, your item will be processed for shipping. The processing and shipping time will be based on your shipping option and the country of delivery. You will receive tracking information and confirmation upon shipment in your provided email address.

Note:
- Free shipping on orders above $250CAD or $200USD.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on destination
- Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes and are paid to the shipping carrier e.g. Canada Post or USPS. The customer is responsible for covering shipping and these are non-refundable. In addition, Talojẹ́ does not provide return shipping labels.
- A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address.
Custom charges
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Since these charges vary between countries, Talojẹ́ has no control over them. As a result, the customer will be responsible for covering these charges.
Delayed packages
Due to the COVID pandemic, shipping times may be longer or packages delayed by the carrier. Also expect delays during holiday periods
Tracking information may display the message: "Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.”
Item not delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.

Defective Item
If you receive a defective, damaged or an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at hello@taloje.com
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24hrs to cancel. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed
