I saw the Talojé stall during Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market (Toronto) and was immediately drawn to the playful prints and bold colors. Although my size had sold out, I purchased the Sadé off-shoulder crop top and 2 days later met up with Dami, the owner of Talojé, to pick it up. The fabric feels incredible, and the fit is perfection. I became curious about the brand name and jumped on the website and found out it translates into English as “who are you?”. The colors are a tapestry of calm, harmony and fun and they tell the story of Talojé’s brand which is: wear these pieces, feel joyful, and just be yourself. I can’t wait for her other collections to come out. I’m a huge fan!

I absolutely LOVE my new skirt. I really wanted the blue/green but didn’t see my size so I sent a message to ask if it would be available soon. They got back to me to let me know they found one for me and let me change my order! And, my package arrived way earlier than the estimated delivery date. I should have taken a picture of the packaging - it was fancy. Very fitting for such a pretty piece. The skirt is well lined and fits great. I love the texture and how the flares fall; it’s solid enough to hold its shape but not heavy or bulky. I’ve worn it around my house but can’t wait to have an actual event to wear it to!
